Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Review and correct errors in existing records promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client information.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift team lead regarding daily targets.
- Perform regular backups and archiving of digital files.
- Adhere to company data security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related fields.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
