Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in client databases and CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers and issue resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Identify and report data discrepancies to department leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error-tracking abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
