- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all entered data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team and supervisors during designated night shift hours.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements regarding sensitive company and client data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45-50 WPM).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
