Responsibilities

- Process transactions and documentation during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM ET)
- Verify data integrity against source documents and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Meet nightly productivity quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and specialized data entry software
- Participate in weekly remote team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience or equivalent training
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
