- Accurately input and update customer and account information into our secure, cloud-based database systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data for discrepancies, errors, or missing information before final submission.
- Convert physical documents and handwritten notes into digital formats using OCR and manual typing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client data and company records.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
- Must possess a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during night hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.
