Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and transaction data into various database systems and spreadsheets with a high degree of speed and precision.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before final submission.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards at all times.
- Sort, organize, and file digital and physical documents according to established company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.
- Perform periodic audits of data entries to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to new digital platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business, administration, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with a high accuracy rate (95%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Must be available to work a consistent Night Shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
