- Perform nightly reconciliation of data batches and resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Meet nightly productivity targets (1,200+ records processed)
- Participate in weekly team huddles via video conference
- Maintain organized digital records and backup documentation
- Report system issues promptly to IT support team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient typing speed (60+ WPM) with 10-key skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
