- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed work.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team via instant messaging and email during shift hours.
- Assist in organizing digital files and archiving records for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
