- Communicate effectively with the night shift supervisor regarding daily targets and issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must reside within New York State (NY) for this remote position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
