- Process high-volume transactional documents during night shift hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST)
- Validate data integrity through cross-referencing source documents and digital records
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies for resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive financial information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy during extended night shift operations
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for financial data
