- Process high-volume transactions within nightly deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Night shift availability (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM MST)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
