Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.9% accuracy
- Process transactions and documents within strict nightly SLA deadlines
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlap periods for seamless workflow
- Generate daily productivity reports for performance tracking
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% accuracy in high-volume environments
- Proficient in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Self-starter capable of independent night shift work (12 AM - 8 AM CST)
- Associate's degree or relevant technical certification preferred
- WPM typing certification of 60+ with zero errors
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a major plus
