We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our operations team in San Diego. This is a night shift position offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a critical part of our daily workflow. Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high volumes of data into our proprietary database systems with minimal errors.
- Review and audit incoming documents to ensure all information is complete and legible before processing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client data and proprietary information.
- Organize and file digital and physical records in an accessible and logical manner.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift supervisor regarding daily targets and any data discrepancies.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed work to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the archiving of historical data and support the team during peak processing times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Data Management preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or transcription (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar rotating schedules).
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with a proven accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
