Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Process high volumes of alphanumeric data into our secure cloud-based systems with 99% accuracy.
- Verification: Cross-reference data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies immediately.
- System Maintenance: Organize and update digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of nightly entries to maintain high standards of data hygiene.
- Communication: Liaise with the night shift supervisor regarding daily targets and any urgent data clarifications.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements and data protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
