- Perform quality checks to ensure 99%+ data accuracy and integrity
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Utilize specialized software for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and security guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
