Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer information, product details, and order data into our proprietary database systems.
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, correcting them as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards at all times.
- Organize and file digital and physical records to ensure easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
- Communicate with team leads and other departments to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies.
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure information integrity.
- Update existing records with new or corrected information promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are looking for candidates eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35 WPM preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
