Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases and CRM systems
- Process high-volume transactional records with zero-error tolerance
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks using automated tools
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Utilize Excel for data reconciliation and basic analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High-speed typing (60+ WPM) with 99.5% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
