Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Verify and rectify errors in data entry, ensuring a minimum of 99% accuracy rate.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate with team members via email or chat to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to identify trends or potential issues.
- Assist in generating weekly reports on data processing volume and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in Florida or Georgia.
