Responsibilities

- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5% accuracy
- Process confidential information while adhering to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack and project management tools
- Complete 50-80 entries per hour during peak processing periods
- Participate in monthly team training sessions to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or similar administrative role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability during core business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
