Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our secure cloud-based databases.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and rectify discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Transcribe information from physical documents to digital formats with a high degree of precision.
- Assist in generating weekly reports on data entry volume and accuracy rates.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
