Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into company databases and CRM systems with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Review incoming documents and source materials to extract relevant information for data entry.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
- Organize and maintain physical or digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Generate and format reports using Microsoft Excel and other office tools as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or Information Systems preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high level of accuracy (95%+).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
