Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into secure databases and CRM systems.
- Verify and cross-reference incoming information to ensure 100% data integrity and minimal errors.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Generate and distribute routine reports to management to track progress and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the broader remote operations team.
- Perform periodic audits of existing data to identify and correct discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a proven accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
