Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure database systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct errors in data entry to maintain database integrity.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into electronic files.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the maintenance of spreadsheets and complex reports using Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
