- Transcribe information from physical documents or audio files into digital formats.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of digital and physical files.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processing workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
