Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in proprietary systems and CRM platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy in all entries
- Process and reconcile discrepancies in financial records with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve workflows
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Train on new software systems and data management protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 0.1% error rate or better
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
- Ability to work EST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
