Responsibilities
- Accurately input and transcribe data from various physical and digital sources into our proprietary database systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before final submission.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with the data management team to clarify ambiguous information.
- Update existing records with new information while ensuring data security and privacy protocols are followed.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and productivity targets set by the operations manager.
Qualifications
- Residency: Must reside in the San Antonio, TX area or be willing to work remotely within the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Typing: Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain consistency in large datasets.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are required.
