Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input and process customer and client data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of entered information and cross-reference data to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update digital filing systems and records with high precision.
- Digitize and organize physical documents into secure electronic formats.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data updates and potential errors.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards regarding sensitive company information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy (95%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be currently located in or willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
