Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our proprietary CRM and database systems with a focus on speed and zero errors.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming data and cross-reference sources to ensure consistency.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents in a logical, easily retrievable system.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company information.
- Collaborate with the administrative team via email and video conferencing to clarify data requirements.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to identify and correct discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct minor errors.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
