- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality information standards.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Perform regular quality checks on data entry tasks to minimize errors.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management via email and instant messaging tools.
- Assist in the digitization of physical documents and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
