Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data from paper forms, PDFs, and digital sources into our CRM and database systems.
- Maintain a 99%+ accuracy rate in data entry tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in data, making necessary corrections and notifying supervisors of issues.
- Organize and file both electronic and physical documents in a systematic, logical manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports by compiling and summarizing data from various departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and confidentiality agreements at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve input errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with a proven track record of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly and correct them.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
