Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into various digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information before processing.
- Organize, index, and archive physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Transcribe audio recordings into text format with high accuracy.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of filing systems and inventory logs.
- Communicate effectively with the data management team to resolve data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, transcription, or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
