Responsibilities
- Input and verify data across CRM and ERP systems with 99.5% accuracy
- Process 150+ daily transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Perform data audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data migration projects
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on new software tools quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field
- Ability to work PST hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Experience with automated data validation tools
