- Perform regular data backups and archiving to ensure information security.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports based on data entry activities.
- Assist with auditing inventory lists and supply chain documentation.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline data collection processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a proven track record of 90%+ accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security protocols.
