Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and client data into our centralized database systems.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in incoming data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Transcribe physical documents into digital formats using optical character recognition (OCR) and manual entry.
- Organize and file electronic and physical records for easy retrieval and audit compliance.
- Assist in the weekly generation of payroll and data reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or general administrative support.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
