Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Ingestion: Input, verify, and update customer and company data into our centralized databases with 100% accuracy.
- Source Analysis: Review and reconcile information from physical documents, emails, and spreadsheets.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine audits and quality checks to ensure data consistency and compliance.
- System Maintenance: Organize digital filing systems and maintain up-to-date records for easy retrieval.
- Issue Reporting: Identify discrepancies in data sets and escalate issues to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional data entry experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
