Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer information and transaction data into our secure cloud-based database systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and personal information.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments via email and chat platforms.
- Manage high-volume data entry tasks while meeting strict daily deadlines.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of digital documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
