- Transcribe information from various sources (PDFs, handwritten notes, emails) into digital formats.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards at all times.
- Generate and format weekly data reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the remote team to troubleshoot data entry issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
