Responsibilities

- Review and verify incoming data for discrepancies, errors, or missing information before processing.
- Perform regular backups of data files to ensure information security and availability.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Organize and categorize digital and physical documents to facilitate easy retrieval and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications

- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 words per minute).
