- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Implement data backup procedures to prevent information loss
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High-speed internet connection required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
