Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain complex datasets with 99.9% accuracy
- Process 500+ daily transactions across multiple client platforms
- Validate information against source documents and resolve discrepancies
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual tools
- Train on proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- High-speed internet connection and ergonomic workspace
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Ability to work EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM CT)
- Background clearance required upon hiring
