- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process high-volume transactions with strict attention to detail
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
