- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and internal software tools
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data processing workflows
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% accuracy rate
- Train on proprietary systems and adapt to evolving data standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
