Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into our secure database systems.
- Review and correct discrepancies in existing data sets to ensure high-quality information integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical or electronic files to ensure efficient retrieval and record keeping.
- Communicate effectively with team members via Slack or email to clarify data requirements.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to minimize errors and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and data summaries for management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Must be located within the United States with a focus on the Houston, TX area.
