Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure information integrity

- Generate and format reports using Excel and proprietary software

- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
