- Verify and cross-reference information against source documents to identify discrepancies
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting strict daily productivity targets
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports for stakeholder review
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data inconsistencies and implement process improvements
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for all sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
