Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.5%+ accuracy requirements
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven 10-key proficiency (8,000+ KPH) and 60+ WPM typing speed
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
- Experience with CRM/SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
