- Verify and cross-reference information from source documents to ensure data integrity
- Process high-volume transactions within strict deadlines using proprietary software
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and implement improvements
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools
- Exceptional typing speed (65+ WPM) with zero errors in timed assessments
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database platforms
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies in complex datasets
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in remote settings
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
