Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain data across multiple client databases and CRM systems
- Perform daily data reconciliation and error resolution with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate and distribute automated reports using advanced Excel functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Implement data validation rules to prevent future errors
- Train on proprietary data management systems upon onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required)
- Minimum 65 WPM typing speed with 0.5% error rate verification
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments

- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
