Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in company databases
- Review and verify data integrity using quality control protocols
- Process confidential information with strict adherence to privacy standards

- Generate daily/weekly reports for management review
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies
- Utilize MS Excel and proprietary software for data manipulation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy
- Proficiency in typing (55+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
