Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and company data into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and database systems with a focus on 99%+ accuracy.
- Transcribe information from physical files, handwritten notes, and emails into digital formats.
- Review and verify existing data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to our current cloud-based platforms.
- Communicate regularly with team leads to report on data entry progress and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and organizational data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
